Welcome to Gastroenterology Associates. We provide digestive and hepatic health services in the South Puget Sound region. Our main office is located in Olympia, with satellite offices in Aberdeen and Shelton.

What To Bring To An Appointment:

• Please bring a list of all medications you currently take, including over the counter and herbal supplements. Include the exact name of medication, dose of medication, and how often you take it. If it is more convenient, you may bring your medication in its original container.

• If you have any pertinent lab or x-ray reports that will assist in your evaluation, please ask your primary care provider to send those to us prior to your appointment.

• Bring your current insurance card. Co-payments and deductibles are due on same day that service is provided. In addition to your insurance, we accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.

Insurance:

We accept and bill for most insurance plans. When using insurance, please remember to verify, prior to your appointment, that we accept your insurance plan, that your plan is current, and that we have received a referral from your primary care provider, if required by your insurance.

Fees:

Fees are dependent upon each service provided. Laboratory, x-ray, and pathology services are billed separately. If you have questions about the costs involved, please contact our patient account representative at 413-8250.

Cancel An Appointment:

In the event you cannot keep your office appointment, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance. You may leave a message if the office is closed.
